Happy Heritage Day

Today we are selling our product at the Make Love Not War event at The Grand Hotel.

So they often say work hard, play hard however I would like to suggest that as an entrepreneur and business owner your life is defined more in the following way:

“Work Hard, and while others play, work harder (make money off them) and play later…” – Tatenda Mabika

You see as others will be coming to the event to network and celebrate Heritage Day two of our members have bravely agreed to work a 14 hour shift selling our products. Thank-you Gavin and Teegan.

A lesson that I have learnt from selling at markets is that a business owner never really clocks off. You see, as an employee you can knock off work or go on holiday and relax however when you own a business especially one where your target market is found at events like markets and so on you are working and from behind the table you watch others having a good time. The fulfilling thing is that you are doing something worthwhile and investing into your business and if all is going well making money. Your time to play comes later, and you can play hard and as long as business is going well you can play hard and go further than the rest.
