INTEGRITY

Dear readers, welcome back to a week with me Tatenda. The past five weeks have been quite eventful as I am sure my colleagues have informed you. The months ahead will be challenging, they may likely reduce a few people to tears and periods of deep frustration and anxiety however we will come out better and stronger on the other side.
As we are drawing up our Shareholders agreements and discussing group values I am reminded of a personal value that I must admit is a mountain to live up - Integrity. As a spiritual person Integrity is a high bar to set but one that when achieved is very fulfilling. As a business woman I believe integrity is important and it is something every entrepreneur must learn. Integrity will translate to honest business dealing, delivering promised quality and value on products and services, trustworthiness, reliability which all have significant implications for the success of a business. I see the importance of values in business and in life as a whole.
