Clear delegation, clarity and crunch time

When meeting as a group one needs to have a clear understanding what is expected of each member so that the team can work as a unit and thus work more efficiently. Having meetings is such a crucial part of running a business as it gives members the opportunity to voice their opinions, provide valuable insights on their findings throughout the week and it also enables things to get done and delegated more effectively as opposed to email or text message.

If a member is not happy about an action of another member, meetings are also a place where members can express their feelings and shut the door on pressing issues and this is extremely important, as it does not allow issues to build up and explode in a later stage.
