LAST but not least... The ALEXANDRA VAN HEERDEN takeover week

Hello everybody, I am the 6th member of this incredibly talented team. It is now the first week back after the Easter break! Tomorrow we get back into routine; I suggest I fasten my seat belt now because this week is going to be one helluva ride.

Before we do so I suggest you get to know me: My name is Alexandra van Heerden, I have grown up in Natal and I have lived there my entire life before coming to beautiful Cape Town. I went to a boarding school in the midlands called St Anne’s where I met lifelong friends and learnt what it means to be an independent woman. I absolutely love to travel, seeing new places and things excite me. I am passionate about all things living from animals to plants and interesting people.

Entrepreneurship has been an interesting career decision. I have grown up in a family of entrepreneurs and feel as though it has given me a burning desire to start something on my own. I previously studied at Vega School of Brand Leadership, where I studied Brand Management. The two main things that Vega has taught me are how to think critically and how to manage group work efficiently.

This year has been a big and an exciting adjustment, I can’t wait for us to get an incredible product into production!
