APPLAUSE

So this is the first day of the holiday! The pace in which the weeks travel are quite unrealistic especially when on holiday. One thing I have realised is that this week is the first that we have been away since we started up and joined powers as young entrepreneurial bunnies in February and as the member that closes of the first quarter, I have found it necessary to stand back and applaud us!!

This first haul we have been a success both with our tasks and targets, our understanding of each other and and our working and contribution as a team….not bad for a bunch of strangers!

When we get back our minds will be racing to what needs to be done and we will not take an opportunity to be a little arrogant. So how about this, before thinking and planning on the goals we hope to achieve from next quarter, I rate we take a moment to look back and think about what we have achieved this time around, and only once we have realised where our strengths lie as a team, will we guarantee that we will go forward even stronger.

So consider this:
